What's the difference between 1-Page Plans and Subscription Plans?
1-Page Website Plans (Business Starter & Pro) are streamlined single-page sites hosted on The Marketplace platform — offering a professional result at the lowest possible price point. Website Subscription Plans (Tier 1 & Tier 2) are fully custom multi-page websites with advanced features, their own hosting, and more scope for growth.
How does annual billing work?
Paying annually means you pay a single upfront amount for 12 months at a discounted rate. For example, Business Pro monthly totals $1,188 per year, while the annual plan is $899 — saving you $289. You can switch billing preference at any renewal.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade between any plans at any time with no penalty or restart. We handle the migration and adjust billing accordingly.
Is hosting included in all plans?
Yes. Hosting and maintenance are included across all subscription and 1-page plans. Business Starter and Pro are hosted within The Marketplace platform. Tier 1 and Tier 2 include dedicated hosting setup and ongoing management.
What does "self filming" mean for Social Starter?
We provide a full content script, shot list, and direction — you film it on your phone or camera. We then handle all editing, captioning, and posting. Prefer us to film? Add a Full Day or Half Day Filming add-on to any social plan.
What social platforms do you manage?
We work with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. When you get in touch, we'll discuss which platforms suit your business best and build your strategy around those.
Can I cancel a monthly plan at any time?
Yes. All monthly plans are rolling with no lock-in contracts. Cancel any time — your service stays active through the end of your current billing period.
Can I add extras to any plan?
